Policies
Bridal Bookings: To secure a date, a signed bridal contract and deposit of $150 are required. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable after 14 days of signing. The deposit will be put toward the client's total wedding day balance. Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated. (NOTE: Bridal trails and deposit fees are two separate costs.)

Bookings (Prom, Photoshoot, etc.) : To secure a date, a deposit of $30 is required. The deposit is non-refundable after 10 days. The deposit will be put toward the client's event day balance. Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated.

Satisfaction Guarenteed: Makeup will be completed to the client's satisfaction. Acceptance of the completed makeup application is acknowledged by the client once application is completed.

Travel Fee: Travel within 30 minutes of Manchester, New Hampshire is completely free of charge. A mileage fee of ($0.50/mile both ways) will be charged for locations outside of the 20 mile radius. Travel fees will be determined at the preview session and listed in your contact.

Parking Fees: Where parking, valet or toll fees may be incurred, the amount will be included in the final balance and/or billed to the client post event day services. The client is responsible for making sure this payment is complete.
Liability: All brushes, tools and makeup products are washed sanitized between every makeup application. Any allergies and/or skin conditions should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application.

Payment: The final balance is due the day of the event - no exceptions. The personal responsible for the entire balance o payment is the person whose name appears on this contract. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check, and Venmo (Madison-Richardson-14).

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 30 days (wedding) or 10 days (any other event) prior to the clients reserved date or the client will be responsible for paying the full amount of services agreed upon this contract.

ABOUT ME
My name is Madi Richardson and I am a 23 year old freelance makeup artist based out of southern New Hampshire. My love for makeup started while I was attending college, five years ago, and that love and passion increases every time I pick up a brush. I pride myself on not only my artistic talent, but my reliability, cleanliness, and promptness.I provide all of my services on site and will travel throughout the New England Region.
